Project Manager

Home Modification Services — Remote

No two days look the same at RDHI. As a Project Manager, you're the central point of coordination for some of the most meaningful work in the workers' compensation industry: getting seriously injured workers back into their homes safely and as quickly as possible.

You'll manage a portfolio of active home modification projects from initial referral through final closeout, coordinating between insurance adjusters, nurse case managers, occupational therapists, and a nationwide network of construction contractors. You'll develop and review scopes of work, solicit and evaluate contractor bids, track construction progress, manage change orders, and ensure every project closes with complete documentation — all while keeping TPA partners informed and on-side.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, insurance, and construction, which means you'll need to be comfortable navigating all three worlds. You don't need to be a contractor, a clinician, or an adjuster — but you do need to understand how they think. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a calm head under competing deadlines are non-negotiable.

What makes this role different is the stakes. The projects you manage aren't office renovations or retail buildouts. They're someone's path home after a life-changing injury. The work is complex, but the purpose is clear.
